I’ve been to several Subaru dealership across the country and this location is far superior to the rest. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. Turn around times for service are quick and reasonable. Prices are fair and not outrageous. They are honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle and what you can put off awhile longer and they don’t try to upsell you on services, parts, repairs are that are not necessary. My new car was not clean. Car was not detailed dirty tires and wheels, windshield was wiped half way has streaks. Tires have white residue on them.

Subaru of Bend set a time record(3hours) for and oil change and inspection. They need more techs working on cars and fewer customer service staff to explain they delays....COVID-19, people called in, went home, etc. I only go there for my Subaru inspection. Dick Burke

As usual, the service was impeccable. I was quoted a possible 2 hour job for oil change/inspection and mounting 4 new tires. My car was ready in just an hour! The service team is so efficient and friendly.

Subaru of Bend was able to set up an appointment for a recall item that worked well for me. They provided a brand new loaner car (200 miles) for the day that my car was being serviced. They also did a thorough inspection and checked alignment and other items for me. This was another excellent experience from Subaru of Bend.

These people are top notch.. I actually went in a day earlier than scheduled and it wasn't a problem, they didn't even mention it. They had a beautiful new loaner car for me and it was minutes and I was out the door to run around til my cars service was complete. It took a little longer than expected but because I didn't have to sit and wait I didn't mind. Got my car back in tip top shape!

Usually I am very pleased with the service received at this dealership but not this time. I had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change which took 2 hours. Much too long when you have an appointment. Had to sit outside in hot sun wearing a mask, very uncomfortable. And whatever they did caused my clock to stop and they didn’t change it back.

We are in quarantine and appreciated the pick up and drop off service. All else was also very professional. Things were explained well verbally and in writing. Thanks.

After routine oil change and tire rotation the radio would not work correctly when I drove off the lot,The radio was in an endless scanning mode and could not be controlled by any of the Dials or presets. The radio was not on the repair list and some changes have been made by somebody.

It was a very good experience with Jeff M. The only problem with had was with Fraser C. With getting the 10year extended warranty and the 3-year service contract, we asked Fraser if he would wait to cash our check, as we had the money for the car but not enough for the other items.We would need to transfer the rest. He said it wouldn’t get cashed until Monday. Someone cashed the check on The day we wrote it. We are disappointed in the finance department.

Really impressed by the quick turnaround time. I was told it would take up to 3 hours, they finished it in 1. Also, started working on my vehicle at least 2 hours before my scheduled appointment since I dropped it off early. Good job Subaru of Bend!

Service ( when they got it right) was fine. We went in for an oil changed and ended up towing car back to dealership. A piece of rock got into oil filter and car smoked, engine was fine though. Problem was trying to get dealership on the telephone to solve problem. They have a real communication problem, they need more staff. Once we got car back to dealer, Jeff made it right. First time I've ever had a recall on a vehicle and my brake light was out. They said about a couple hrs no big deal. I didnt have another vehicle to drive so I sat in waiting area. I asked if they could fix my light also, I get a call a little over and hour saying my car was done. Holy! They fixed my light too for labor cost of $15. It was great customer service.

I worked with Richard Van Gelder. He was excellent in explaining everything about the vehicle I was interested in. Surprisingly I was not hounded in any way after I left the lot. I was given my Costco pricing to mull over. In researching, I came up with a quote from a different dealership which was $1035.00 less than the Costco pricing. . Absolutely no pressure to buy more bells & whistles than I wanted or needed. Checked their upcoming invoices to see what was available in the near future as to accessories and colors. Would have done a dealer search had I wanted to do that so I could wind up with the exact vehicle I wanted. The one I was interested in had almost all the features I wanted so went with it rather than waiting. All in all a very good experience.

Based on thousands of dedicated customers who need service this facility is too small. We were told at least a 2 hour wait for a job that takes a few minutes. This facility needs to expand to better service their customers.

We’ve driven a Subaru for 15 years and been a customer at Subaru of Bend during that time. The service staff there has been consistently caring, responsive and efficien.

I understand they do not take appointments for an oil change. However, if they do not then it should not take over 3.5 hours for an oil change. I was told it would take 1.5 hours, fine! So i walked to have lunch but when I walked back was told another hour, then I called, and was told another hour. I have never have an issue but this was crazy. I was less then pleased. If i'd been told the truth then I would have gone home and not hung around highway 20 trying to find something to do.

Went in to have the CVT tested. The car has a shudder when stopping and online states to have that tested. I dropped it off and it was not five minutes later when I got a call stating it was not the CVT but my rotors are warped. I don’t even know if the CVT was checked? I when to Subaru for a different matter and at the same time one of my warning lights (!) was on. The guys made an inspection and find out I had a big nail on one of my tires! So I had to buy all four tires ( was need it ) the point is, -they were very helpful and did the service and no time ! Thank you guys 😊
